The pneumatic vibrator uses the high-pressure gas discharged from the air compressor to connect to the product inlet through the gas pipe. When the gas pushes the piston upward, the gas in the gas chamber on the piston is squeezed, and the squeezed gas is discharged through the exhaust hole.

When the piston goes up to the end point, the gas automatically switches the ventilation direction through the groove and the air passage, so that the gas enters the upper air chamber of the piston. The high-pressure gas pushes the piston down to the end point. The first cycle ends, and the second cycle begins. The continuous reciprocating cycle causes the vibrator to move and shake, thereby generating vibration force.

Installation and operation

Before installing the pneumatic vibrator, make sure that the installation location has been carefully selected to ensure the best work effect. The installation surface must be clean and flat. A non-flat mounting surface will cause the vibrator to work abnormally due to the torsional vibration of the vibrator body. The vibrator should be installed as far as possible so that the rotation direction of the sphere and the roller can support the flow of the material. The direction of the intake air makes it easy to determine the correct installation location.

It is recommended to use socket head or socket head cap screws of grade 8.8 or higher. Use toothed lock washers or spring lock washers. The vibrator installed at a high place should be installed with a safety bolt to prevent the vibrator from falling and hurting people. Verify that the vibrator is securely installed. It is recommended to retighten the screws after the vibrator has been in operation for a few minutes. The vibrators installed on the hopper and on the hopper do not work when the hopper or hopper is empty, as this may cause structural damage.
